I have been reading that Fybromyalgia is similar to ME. One of the symptoms of ME is constant hunger. Is anyone else experiencing this? I think the condition is surrounded by stress and anxiety and probable comfort eating but is there more to this conected to the condition? If so has anyone found ways to help this?

Try eating smaller things through out the day snack on healthy things it will help adjust your metabolism. I have noticed a decrease in my appitite lately i dont no if thats do to my thyroid pills that i take, but i do get wicked sugar cravings as honora does...i need to have pop every single day now and i hadn't had any in over 6 months and just like that boom im addicted again. Oh and im also back to lollipops again...cant get enough of them. its wierd.

I am on a sugar-free/yeast-free diet. It was hard the first week b/c I love sugar but now, after being on it 6 weeks, I have no cravings for sugar and have lost 12 pounds w/o even exercising and feel much better and my FMS symptoms have subsided.
