Brewer's yeast?

After having three different doctors tell me that no, I don't have hypoglycemia but I still have sugar problems, my mom's wondering if I'm missing out on some electrolytes. A friend of mine at work studying nutrition and alternative medicine suggested trying brewer's yeast. I like the fact that it gives so many vitamins and proteins, and research has turned up that it's suggested for us for fatigue and stress and helps with digestion.

Thoughts? Thanks.

Brewer's yeast has b vitimins, I think? Definetly need those! Have not tried, but I use chromium polynicotinate or picolinate for my low blood sugar problem. It's amazing! I can even be a little late eating my lunch or dinner and not feel like I am going to die or kill someone. You know, shakiness, weakness, anger, irritablity, unreasonableness, and general sick feeling you get when you need protein. It has helped me so much...I don't even crave sugar as much (still do a little)as I used to. Hope that is helpful to you?
