I also have this, sometimes it's my whole body other times it's just an arm or leg, I find it at it's worst when i'm very tired and dehydrated. | |

Never thought someone else had the shakes. I shake and tremble throughout my entire body inside and out. I can feel the inside but no one else can. But I also have these shakes and tremors that can be seen by all. Do you have something like this or have heard of it? | |

I have the tingling sensation, almost like a pins and needles feeling, all the time. I also feel shaky at times although I don't think it shows on the outside. There are times when I'm sitting still when a twitch or "jump" will come out of nowhere. | |

hi gabby I get that all over even in my head it is so frightening , I have started getting these involantary breaths , I just suddnely breath out for no reason , do you get that ? | |
