hand cramps

i wake up in the night with hand cramps and in the morning they are painfully cramped> cant cup my hands for a least an hour after i get up then i can massage them and then they will work like the should but are very sore. Anyone else?

Yes - I get pretty major cramps in both hands but particularly the dominant one. I have a hard time using a pen for any length of time.
