What is the safest drug for pain???

I'm tired of being a sombie...I still have lots of pain and the lyrica and cymbolta are no longer helping. I've tried lyrica, cynbolta, tramadol, physical therapy, and I still have lots of pain. Open for suggestions to something safer.
