Title of Question:
Season changes
Question:
With the warmer weather the last few days, I'm starting to feel worse again. I'm extremely stiff, feel like I'm moving in slow motion and am walking with what I call my Frankenstein gait. I am also getting more severe pain in my elbows and knees. Does anyone else have more problems with the season changes?

Answer:
YES! I've been doing much more reading on FMS lately and all of it says the cold weather usually causes problems. Mine is and has always been heat and humidity! Glad to know I'm not alone.

You betcha! Any weather change makes me seize up like the Tin Woodsman. Humidity and high heat render me almost useless.

Answer:
absolutely, every time the weather changes, I hurt more. I don't need the weather channel, my body tells me it's going to rain, or whatever.

Answer:
Break in heat and humidity yesterday and today! I can move and not feel like everything is going to burst. I haven't even used my cane for 3 days now!!! That's a big deal to me!
