There are real causes for this condition and I've had to learn about these things myself through research and every single one applies to me and I doubt I am the only one. A little about me - Doctors believe my Fibro was triggered by viral meningitis that I first came down with over Christmas in 1990 when my daughter was almost 2 years old. I have been dealing with this for half my life already. I was a teenage single mother. I've been working very hard since the beginning of this year to take control of my lifestyle and I am shocked and frightened by all I am learning. I hope this information helps you.  ?
