MSG and aspartame do not cause Fibromyalgia, explains a researcher, nor does eliminating those items work for patients who do not suffer from allergies. Answer: I find when I drink or eat anything with aspertame my stomach gets upset and the irritable bowel is flared out. I also try to avoid it. =

Answer: I have been using Aspertame for over 3 years. I just gave it up 4 days ago after doing some reading about it. I figure, it can't hurt. I guess I'll have to wait and see if not using it makes a difference. =
