Answer: High Protien diets and the mediteranean diet seems to help this condition but before going on such diets inform your doctor.  =

Answer: There is a very good book called 'Living with Fibromyalgia' by Christine Craggs Hinton, and also a follow up book called 'the Fibromyalgia Healing Diet' I have found both these books to be really helpful, even though I have many intolerances and cannot eat a lot of recipes in the second book.... I am definitely starting to feel better since changing my diet..... I have more energy and seem more able to cope with my pain...... The best thing I did since having this , and have lost weight too....... I think it is different for everyone but I have knocked out wheat amongst other things, and drink minimum 2 litres of water a day....... Good Luck....  =
